Chaos's hooves pounded the earth as she fled across the terra. Her ebony eyes scanned the horizon for any sign of the alphess of the land. She slowed to a halt and snorted, powerful legs danced lightly over the ground. She had never been able to stand still for long. She neighed to announce her presence, then waited to be answered.

A screamed produced from the shadows, but the being it belonged to was unseen. "Dark mare! What makes you think you are dark enough to join me?" came a hiss from the shadows, a pair of dark orbs scanning her.

Chaos turned to the unseen voice. She searched the shadows before answering, "I can not tell you all the things I have done. My name should be enough. I have certainly earned. Chaos seems to walk in my wake. I would tell you to speak to some of the others who know this personally but I don't think that is possible anymore." She paced lightly, still searching for the being whom had spoke.

Chaos lowered her muzzle slightly then turned and trotted after the mare.
